Caustic Soda

Application:

1. Eliminate the influence of flotation agent: caustic soda can neutralize the surfactant of flotation agent, thereby eliminating their interference with the adsorption and separation effect of gold ore particles.

2. Improve adhesion performance: Gold ore particles need to adhere to the flotation agent to complete flotation, and adding caustic soda can improve the adhesion between them, thereby improving flotation efficiency. 

3. Promote gold ore flotation: caustic soda can adjust the pH value of the solution to a suitable range, thereby promoting the flotation of gold ore particles.

4. Improve the recovery rate of gold ore: Through the above-mentioned effects, the addition of caustic soda can improve the recovery rate of gold ore, thereby achieving more efficient gold ore extraction.

Storage and transportation:

Health hazards: The product is highly irritating and corrosive. Dust or smoke irritates the respiratory tract and corrodes the nasal septum. Direct contact with the skin and eyes can cause burns. If ingested by mistake, it can cause digestive tract burns, mucosal erosion, bleeding and shock

Emergency treatment of leaks: Isolate the contaminated area and set up warning signs around it. It is recommended that emergency personnel wear gas masks and chemical protective clothing. Do not touch the spill directly. Use a clean shovel to collect it in a dry, clean, covered container, and then add a small amount of water to a small amount of water. , adjust to neutral, and then enter the wastewater system, or rinse with a large amount of water, and then put the diluted running water into the wastewater system, such as a large leak, collection and recycling, or discard after harmless treatment
