I. Application;

It is suitable for oxidation gold ore, integrated carbon in leaching process, the capacity is 10 tons every day.

If the client's gold ore can't meet the above conditions, the machine needs to be redesigned.

II. Introduction:

This production line is a modular combined type gold mine mobile processing system, which adopts “gravity concentration + cyanidation CIL” process for gold-bearing ore with a capacity of 10tpd per day, and the final product is gold-loaded carbon.

The crushing system in this production line adopts one-stage open-circuit crushing process, with raw ore feed size of 0-100mm and crushed product size of 0-15mm.

The grinding system in this production line adopts one-stage closed-circuit grinding process, with a grinding fineness of -200 mesh (80-90%).

The separation system in this production line adopts gravity concentration + cyanidation CIL process, and the final product is granular gold + gold-loaded carbon. The leaching tailings are discharged after filter pressing, and the filtrate is returned to the system for recycle.

This production line is equipped with a whole set of power supply and distribution system.

This production line is equipped with reagent feeding system, air supply system, and water supply and drainage system.

This production line is mobile, small in volume, simple in flow, flexible and convenient in production.

III. Feature:

1. Advanced process: It features simplified process flow and relatively high recovery rate, taking such characteristics as high grade, coarse disseminated grain size, small-scale and scattered mining fully into account.

2. Less investment: Innovative process flow and equipment are adopted, featuring simple operation, safe and reliable production, stable indicators and less investment, which meets the needs of small enterprises. In other words, it is a foolproof system with one-button start/stop.

3. Modularization and integration: The whole mineral processing system with supporting power and pipeline system has been fabricated and assembled in the factory, and then left the factory after commissioning, which can realize “landing for direct production and loading for direct transport”.

4. Complete supporting system convenient for management: The system is equipped with generator sets, oil tanks, water tanks, water supply pumps, tool boxes and tools, spare parts, steel balls and other consumables, which can also be selected according to customer requirements.

5. Convenient for loading & unloading and transporting: The mineral processing system is divided into four independent modules, and each single module is a whole system, whose outline dimensions are suitable for flatbed vehicle transporting. All that is needed is only a horizontal platform foundation instead of building complex equipment foundations on site in traditional mineral processing plants.

6. Various additional and optional facilities: According to customer requirements, there are a variety of supporting facilities for selection. On the basis of the basic module system, the following facilities can be added: combined type mobile board room, container mobile chemical laboratory, container mobile test laboratory, independent smelting module and other supporting module systems.
