Gold ore grinding fineness requirements
The requirements for gold ore grinding fineness, generally speaking, for gold encapsulated in sulfide minerals, only the sulfide ore monomer dissociation is required, but for gold associated with gangue, the grinding fineness needs to reach the gold monomer dissociation. At the same time, the grinding fineness of a certain mineral is determined by experiments.
Gold flotation pulp concentration requirements
The principle of gold flotation is: when flotating high-density, coarse-grained minerals, a thicker pulp is often used; on the contrary, when flotating low-density, fine-grained minerals and slime, a thinner pulp is used. The use of thicker pulp for roughing can ensure a higher recovery rate, and the use of thinner concentration for fine finishing is conducive to improving the quality of the concentrate.
