Gold cyanidation gold extraction process
[Process introduction]: The gold mine CIP production line is a non-filtered cyanidation carbon slurry process that uses activated carbon to directly adsorb and recover gold from cyanide slurry, including seven operation stages: preparation of leaching slurry, cyanidation leaching, activated carbon adsorption, gold-loaded carbon desorption, electric shock to obtain gold mud, gold-removing carbon recycling, and treatment of leached slurry.
[Application field]: There are two main types of ores suitable for gold ore dressing production lines: one is flotation gold concentrate or amalgamation, gravity separation tailings, and the other is muddy oxidized ore.
International Supplier
Import from Chinese manufacturer with competitive prices and outstanding quality and excellent performance
FKN Group Limited
They are the Chinese manufacturer of gold dressing agent and activated carbon. Their gold dressing agent can replace sodium cynaide completely. The use and the process of our product is completely the same as sodium cynaide. No matter whether you are using heap leaching or carbon in pulp(CIP)/ carbon in leaching(CIL), pond leaching, tank leaching or vat leaching, our product can be used in the same scenarios.
In addition, they are a one-stop solution gold mining provider for chemicals and equipment including sodium cynaide, zinc dust, gold extraction resin, floation reagents and other chemicals, mining machines and analysis equipment. Process Introduction
Pulp Removal
Cyanide slurry must be treated with impurities such as sawdust before adsorption to prevent the sawdust from adsorbing gold and activated carbon in the slurry and mixing them into the rich carbon, and to prevent the sawdust from clogging the carbon screen.
Leaching and Adsorption
Activated carbon is added to the leaching tank. The activated carbon adsorbs the gold in the slurry and becomes gold-loaded carbon. After the adsorption is completed, the activated carbon and the slurry are separated by the carbon screen.
Desorption Electrolysis
Gold-loaded carbon can be quickly desorbed and electrolyzed into gold mud and lean carbon under high temperature and high pressure in a closed system.
Smelting
The gold mud obtained can be directly smelted into gold ingots after simple acid washing and impurity removal.
